Christmas Decorations to Make
Chenille Snowflakes
Who says chenille sticks are for just kids. Just look at these
fabulous window decorations and decide for yourself whether chenille
sticks can be used for making gorgeous decorations tat you can
actually display with pride.

Materials (per snowflake):
How To:
1. Cross two chenille sticks by twisting them in the middle. Twist
another one in the center and you will have a 6 armed snowflake-like
figure.
2. Insert two beads inside each snowflake arm. They will hold their
place tightly.
3. Cut off about 1 inch from the end of each arm and join it to the
same arm by twisting in the middle horizontally. Then bend the two
ends of the smaller piece till it resembles the snowflake seen.
4. Glue a small crocheted flower in the center where all the
chenille sticks have been twisted together and glue a bead in the
center of the flower.
6. Tie white embroidery thread to the top of any one arm to hang the
snowflakes. You can easily make lots of these to cover any curtain
or window.
